Hayden Mango
Often considered one of the most popular fruits in the world, mangoes originate from India and can be found in over 50 varieties. Mangoes generally have a slight ridge on one side and a pronounced "beak" at one end. The large pit in the center has attached fibers and often extend into the pulp. Highly aromatic, the flavor of the marvelous mango is sweet and delicious. Low in calories and fat, mangoes are a good source of fiber. This fruit is rich in vitamin A and vitamin C. It also contains vitamin E and vitamin B6.To store, wrap cut mango in plastic; refrigerate.
